The breakfast was superb and lovely and we truly enjoyed the restaurant where it was served. We had a separate bedroom. It was a perfect and amazing location just next door to the main ferry terminal, venezia at the Ai reali and Venecia.

Everything was great, yet we stayed for 1 night only. The staff was really kind and nice, offered concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. The location was unbeatable in a lovely area, near the Reali bridge, the famous Venetian sites, and a much more quick canal. Plus, it was 5 minutes by car to North Shore. Really enjoyed the Michelin-starred restaurant. We didn't want to leave, recommend.

Tbh, had a very very good stay for 4 nights. Everything was really good, breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect and magnificent - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We got to the airport within 30 minutes' drive. All the staff was very efficient and responsive, solved our issues.

The room was updated and tidy on a whole very clean and I truly enjoyed the elegant-style building. I got an incredible and lovely breakfast with very fair prices, the automatic pancake maker that's a novelty plus great coffee. The location was marvellous for traveling around Venice, very close to the Rialto Bridge- and all tourist attractions. I ate in the Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. I had excellant days staying at this small hotel.

Had a relaxing stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The location was amazing, just off the hotel's Michelin recommended restaurant “ Alle Corone ”, which was excellent, San Marco and Rialto bridge and Rialto bridge and plazza san Marco. It also was to Disney shop. Meals were excellent, and there was Devil's Forest Pub near the venue. I liked staying here.
